Our Construction Services consist of, but are not limited to:

Project Management & Coordination

• Ongoing drawings review and coordination
• Contract and scope management.
• Monthly budget reporting.
• Schedule updates.
• Periodical site meetings with meeting minutes.
• Contract award in collaboration with the owner.
• Shop drawing coordination.
• Coordination with consultants throughout the construction process, including substantial completion, occupancy and building turnover to the client.
• Project accounting services.

Site Supervision

• Managing day to day construction site operations.
• Supervising all Trades daily for adherence to safety, drawings, specifications, building code, quality, schedule and progress claims.
• Acting as liaison between the Owner, Consultants and Trades with respect to constructability issues.
• Coordination with the Municipality Building Department and all related inspections to achieve sign off at the various stages of construction.
• Coordination of site inspections with all Consultants.
  Inspect and maintain ongoing quality of work by sub-trades in conjunction with the architect and consultants.
• Coordination of all final inspections to achieve Occupancy.
• Chairing periodical Trades and Owner/Consultant site meetings.
• Ensuring safe work procedures and practices are adhered to by all persons on site.
• Manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) of our Trades to ensure they are meeting all requirements.
