PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Our Pre-Construction Services consist of, but are not limited to:

• Attend design meetings and provide advice on construction methods, materials and costs
• Develop a preliminary budget and schedule for the project
• Determine key areas and milestones that will help ensure that the schedule runs in a time-effective manner
• Value engineering and drawings review of all disciplines. For our projects to run on schedule and on budget, we constantly review and determine any possible flaws or construction conflicts
• On-going budget and schedule updates throughout the design stages

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Here at Crezo Construction we believe that a construction management approach is key to a successful project. In this approach, Crezo is engaged at early design stages to act as owner's agent to provide advice and oversee/manage construction activities from the pre-construction stage to project completion. This gives the owner the benefits of increased design flexibility, ability to start construction before design documents are complete, and full transparency throughout the entire project.

Our Construction Management services consists of:

• Drawings coordination in collaboration with the Owner to “issued for construction drawings”
• Tendering all scopes of works to establish the final construction budget
• Trades contract negotiation, award and administration
• Monthly budget reporting and full project accounting services
• Scheduling of all trades and milestone dates to meet completion
• Supervision and management of all construction activities
• Inspect and maintain ongoing quality of work in conjunction with the architect and consultants
• Regularly monitor safety compliance of workers and trades
• Coordination of all final inspections to achieve Occupancy
